Yes. We deliver in and around the metro Atlanta area, there will be a $15 delivery fee added to your balance for deliveries outside of Clayton & Henry County. We will begin set-up 30-45 minutes prior to your event time depending on your rental package.
Yes. There is a $100 refundable deposit and a $15 non-refundable processing fee in order to book. The security deposit will be refunded 1-5 business days after picking up the equipment depending on your bank. If you need to cancel, we will hold your deposit and use it towards your future rental.
*Please note that there will also be a processing fee added to your booking.*
Absolutely. A release of liability wavier and contract MUST be signed before set-up.
NO Refunds under any circumstances! If you are requesting a cancellation due to weather, we will move your deposit, or any monies paid to a future date within 30 days. If you need to cancel for any other reason, you will forfeit your $100 deposit and any monies paid. You may reschedule your booking for a future date within 30 days.
No, there MUST be a power outlet at least 100 feet accessible in order to operate blower for inflatable. If no outlet is available when we arrive you will have the option of cancelling or renting a generator for additional cost.
**It is YOUR responsibility to know if power is accessible to desired set-up location; please notify us in advance if it is not so we can accommodate you accordingly.**
Of course you can, what’s a party without balloons? We do request that no glue or tape is used on any of our rental equipment.
We can set up on grass, turf and concrete or indoors. Under any circumstances we will not set up on rocks, gravel or dirt. Access to an outlet or water spigot. Clear of ALL debris – rocks, branches, sticks, pet litter, etc. Set-up MUST be within 100ft of a standard household power outlet for inflatable rental. To ensure safety, a wide clear area is required. If you have doubt if an inflatable will fit, please call us at 770-866-7577. We do not provide water tanks or generators.
Our bounce houses are 13×13, 8×5 and 9×12 . They are catered to children ages 1 year to 10 years old.
Rental time are four (4) hours and can be extended past 4 hours for a additional fee. Rental time can not be extended after 7pm. We currently do not offer overnight rentals.
All payments paid via debit/credit cards will be verified day of delivery {ID & card} must be shown.
**If customer can not confirm card information, entire amount will be due in cash, and money will be refunded back to the card used for payment**
Payments can be made via debit/credit card on our website or over the phone, in person using our square card reader or by cash.
Payments for deposit or full balance can only be made via debit/credit card the day of booking. Remaining balance is due 24 hours before scheduled delivery.
As the signed renter of our equipment it is your job to supervise all activity in and around the inflatable unit and play area while in/out of use while in your possession.
Please enforce all safety rules outlined on your rental agreement. By signing the contract at delivery, you are contractually liable for the safety of all participants and the care of the equipment.
You are responsible for any damage to our products once delivered and set-up.
We will not charge a cleaning fee for minor cleaning, however there will be a fee charged at the time of pick up for excessive dirt, damaged to any of our property or play items that are not kept in play area
